EIRLAND ran a tremendous race when close up behind Boland's Corner over three miles at Cork last month and normal progress will see him very difficult to beat. Winning point-to-pointer Hang Up My Boots made a fair hurdling debut behind Raggletagglegypsy at Kilbeggan last week and should improve though this looks tougher especially as Resolute Bay will be much better suited by this trip after staying on strongly over 2m2f at Sligo. Eimears Oscar was making progress on his chasing debut at Kilbeggan last month when a bad mistake knocked the stuffing out of him. He can do well over timber but Katys Girl, whose second to Zaidpour at Punchestown in November is the best form on view here, has become frustrating and has now had a dozen races over hurdles without winning.
