Verdict

The Storyteller won this for Gordon Elliott two years ago and has gone on to Grade 1 success. Whether Global Jackpot will go on to those sort of heights is unknown but he won between the flags in December and didn't run badly on his bumper debut here in March. He's the type to do better as is BABOIN, who ran over hurdles at Cork and though never looking like winning did well to finish runner-up. Mark O'Hare has struck up a fine partnership with Noel Meade and Tipp Toe has shown enough to suggest he won't be far away but Chin'up is held by Global Jackpot on that run here earlier in the year.
