Verdict

FORMAL BID wasn't much better than plating class over hurdles but showed that chasing is his game when making the short-priced King Of Brega pull out the stops at Fairyhouse last week. Gordon Elliott brings him out again quickly and a repeat would be good enough for this. Darwins Theory has been treading water when tackling longer trips so dropping back may suit and he normally jumps well. House Limit made his debut over fences in what looked a decent contest at Tramore last week and went well for a long way so he's not out of this but it's difficult to work out much enthusiasm for the remainder including winning point-to-pointer Shershewill, who makes her debut over regulation fences.
