FRUITY was sent to the Curragh for a lucrative sales race last month and produced a fine effort, travelling well and just failing to find a finishing burst. That was only her third start and, with more to come, she can take this for Clive Cox. Majestic Manner made all over this trip on good ground at Lingfield and there's certain to be more to offer as there will be from another Lingfield maiden winner, Pulcinella. Both are daughters of Dubawi and the latter has a very powerful middle-distance pedigree. Mystic Jade has been expensive to follow but the softer ground may be to her liking while Fidelma Moon has no problems with the trip and, with Joey Haynes claiming 3lb, she looks on a fair mark. Deep Blue Sea came with a powerful late run to snatch the spoils over 6f at Yarmouth and East Coast Lady was only beaten a nose in a tough Doncaster nursery before being outclassed in the Group 2 Rockfel Stakes here.
