BAL KAUTO won over hurdles at Limerick last month then made a winning debut over fences at Clonmel last week. He's been raised 10lb and Shane Fitzgerald can't use his 3lb claim so this is tougher. However, he's probably still ahead of the assessor so can complete a hat-trick. Tick Along never showed in three starts over fences back in 2020 but won over hurdles here last month. Diamondinthemud has also scored over timber around here and didn't run badly in a much better handicap chase than this at Kilbeggan. Winning point-to-pointer Lesssaidthebetter is 0-29 under Rules but his yard is going well.
