Lighthouse Rose has won three times over hurdles here but hasn't shown much over fences to date. Nuttorridge won over the track and trip in May and looked on the way back at Galway last week while Menindee has been in excellent form over hurdles and makes her chasing debut. Ardaghs Choice, well beaten in this last year, bounced back to form with an impressive victory at Wexford but conceding 12lb to KRUJERS GIRL may prove beyond him. The UK import got the race in the stewards' room on her debut for new connections at Kilbeggan then made a bold bid to follow up at Roscommon. Nabraska is 3lb out of the handicap but was staying on strongly over shorter here last time.
