        Verdict

        REGAL RAMBLER was caught at the line when runner-up at Chelmsford and can go one better. He had Central Hall back in fourth and should confirm superiority. Melfet ran green here on last year’s debut and hasn’t raced since while Alnilam cost Godolphin 260,000gns as a yearling and Blue Daisy is another newcomer to note.
