Verdict

Maureen's Star had dropped to a very lowly mark when scoring over fences at Kilbeggan but has to run from 12lb higher back over hurdles. MARY OF DE SORROWS hadn't shown much before a better effort at Tipperary. She has plenty of weight but is one of the few here with scope and can get off the mark. Moyode Lady is 6lb higher than when scoring over 3m at Limerick in November while Caerleon Kate is the only course and distance winner in the line-up, though that was back in 2018 and she hasn't won since. Lady Of The Sea is 1-27 but ran a bit better at Bellewstown last week and this won't take much winning.
