Canadian Steel has three track victories to his credit though none over a trip this short. Alterno has won twice around here though it's a long time since he showed any real form. Inishbel landed a maiden over the course and distance a year ago before just failing to follow up at Limerick. She raced over fences subsequently and hasn't run since October. KILMURRY (NAP) has been gradually improving and stayed on nicely into second over the course and distance in March. His trainer has no problems getting one ready so the lack of a recent run shouldn't pose a problem. So Near So Farhh won a Down Royal handicap in January but never got close to that form in two subsequent starts.
