Verdict

SANTANA PLESSIS was attempting to concede 13lb to the winner when beaten at Kilbeggan and should go one better under Lisa O'Neill. The stable also run Three Is Company, who showed improved form between the flags at Lismore after which he went for £20,000 at the sales. Jakoby looked in need of this longer trip when staying on over 2m at Kilbeggan so looks the main threat though Stowaway Sarah will have needed last month's run at Ballinrobe and showed potential in her two runs last summer.
