Verdict

Ebasari's victory in a Cork maiden came on heavy ground though he'd run well on good going on the Flat. He didn't impress in subsequent starts and stable companion DOUGLAS DC may have his measure. A Tramore maiden winner, he was beaten 16 lengths when runner-up to Prairie Dancer at Ballinrobe but only just over a length behind that winner on quicker going at Bellewstown. I Don't Get It was having his 42nd start when losing his maiden tag in a course and distance handicap and has since reverted to type. Three-times all-weather winner Capla Knight was engaged in the 4.20 at Dundalk yesterday.
