Halls Bridge had spent the last year chasing before last week's run over hurdles at Tramore where he ran well over a slightly shorter trip. He'll like the going and is reasonably treated so must enter calculations. Dual point-to-point winner News For Pascal has been a bit inconsistent over hurdles and makes his handicap debut and though Bye Bye O Bye has pockets of form that would give some hope he's still a maiden after 22 starts.
