Pires won this a year ago but has mainly been chasing this year and has failed to add to that victory. Cassells Rock was in excellent form at this time a year ago and has competed at a high level subsequently. Coldstonesober has been alternating between hurdles and fences and generally performing well so should get competitive while the four-year-old Dai Bando is better than his form figures suggest. MORGA looked a smart prospect when completing a double in the spring of last year and though not fulfilling early potential has been mainly competing at a higher level and gets a chance here to return to winning ways.
