STORMY IRELAND ran for both Paul Nicholls and Willie Mullins in the last NH season. She landed a Grade 2 hurdle at Fairyhouse earlier this year before taking the Grade 1 Irish Mares Champion Hurdle at Punchestown and looks in a different class to these so can gain her first success under Flat Rules. Ballinlough Gale and Phoenix Cowboy have both had plenty of opportunities to lose their maiden tags though the former had Boola Boola behind when chasing home Sionnach Eile at Sligo and looks next best, though Decor Irlandais is a smart hurdler who can also get into contention.
