    Verdict

    It's probably safe to ignore maiden Winged Icarus in this but the previous winners in the race look closely matched. Silver Ridge was well backed when scoring on his second start at Windsor having shown promise on debut at Newbury and should be capable of better, while London Citizen and Maxentius both had a bit to spare when making a successful start to their racing careers. DASHING DAVID was going away at the finish when winning at Nottingham, despite missing the break and running green. He'll be much more the finished article here and can concede weight to his rivals.
