Verdict

A very tricky opener though the novice Blackjack Kentucky is likely to be near the head of the market having beaten staying chaser Walk In The Mill at Chepstow. Flemcara will have needed his run at Sandown in December while Geordie B looked set for another profitable season when fourth at Newbury in November but hasn’t been seen since. Point Of Principle looked to be on the way back at Uttoxeter last month while Culture De Sivola is back on a winning mark and is a tough mare who stays well. CODED MESSAGE gets the nod as she has improved out of all recognition since second here in December. She bolted up at Kempton subsequently and has run well in better company since at Ascot and Warwick.
