CORRANY, placed over hurdles and in bumpers, would not need to be anything special to make a winning debut over the larger obstacles. Trincomalee, useful over hurdles, has disappointed so far over fences but still has time on his side. Enrichissant won a chase at Huntingdon in February but is still 11lb higher. Seddon was never travelling against more-experienced rivals at Chepstow last time and pulled up. However, he’ll be much happier back in novice company while Minella Trump made a promising start at Carlisle and, with that run under his belt, looks a danger to all if handling today’s quicker going.
