    Verdict

    The rejuvenated HALLSTATT arrives on a hat-trick after back-to-back wins at Nottingham. Joe Doyle's claim more than accounts for his latest weight rise and John Mackie's eight-year-old should take all the beating. Eagle Rock is an out-and-out stayer but he was second over this trip at York two weeks ago, when last year's winner Mr Snoozy was only eighth, and makes more appeal than the one-paced Innsbruck. Handsome Ransom finished tailed off on his only previous try over this trip.
