Velazquez is eased in grade and does have a second at Sandown to his name. He finished well ahead of Ample Power at York last time but it shouldn’t be difficult to find at least one with more scope in this. Beluga Gold stayed on late when third on debut at Redcar but JIMI HENDRIX also fits the bill having shown signs of inexperience when fifth on soft ground at Salisbury. Jabbar can only improve on a first run at Newbury and Rover Varian’s Medrara is a newcomer to note, though he will undoubtedly be suited by further in time.
