In depth

Formwatch

Boreas Was well beaten in the Jockey Club strakes but this looks easier; big chance as long as the ground is not to fast.

Dramatic Quest Won a conditions race last time out but he has had his problems and he will need to improve if he is to win this.

Ekraar (USA) His best form is on fast ground and he would have a big chance if conditions remain in his favour.

Chianti (IRE) Is in good heart at present but he is a free running sort and that may be his undoing in this contest.

Hill Country (IRE) Best form is with cut in the ground but his stable is not in the best of form and others are preferred.

Johannian Ran well in defeat last time but he needs cut in the ground to be seen at his best.

Nash Me (IRE) One win from one run and this well bred colt could be anything; watch the market.
