Verdict

BEFORE MIDNIGHT has run well in both completed starts and was in front when unseating his rider at the second last at Chepstow in the other. He should be up to winning this, though hurdling newcomer Chocolate Box is a potential fly in the ointment given he was a stayer on the all-weather. Early Learner wasn’t beaten far on his hurdling debut but disappointed on his second outing. De Forgotten One goes hurdling after just one run in a bumper but has won a point-to-point and has scope along with Imperial Elysian and Colonel Miller.
