Verdict

TOMMY RAPPER should have won last time at Towcester but slowed into the last and was collared by a finisher on the run-in. This track is far easier and Dan Skelton’s seven-year-old should make no mistake this time. Du Destin cost 70,000 euros and has had just one run in a bumper when too green to do himself justice. He’ll know what’s required and has more scope than Book of Gold and Chimes Of Dylan. The Ogle Gogle Man has yet to threaten under Rules and may require a switch to fences.
