A different test for Legal Legacy given the bigger field and a penalty so preference instead is for the in-form MIAMI GATOR. Ridden by Charlie Swan in this one-off Charity Race (under rules), Elaine Burke's gelding should get every assistance from the saddle and his uncomplicated front-running style might be advantageous. Legal Legacy had to wait ages for a gap at Thirsk when upped to this trip for the first time but he quickened nicely and is considered, along with the hold-up horse Grand Diamond and the in-form Rising Kheleyf.
