Jamie Osborne has enjoyed a profitable campaign and the Lambourn handler is taken to add to the tally with Overdrawn while Makfool, Art Trader and Alekhine rate the main dangers. The Daggers Drawn gelding has proved most consistent throughout the season and was gaining his third success when landing a handicap off 91 here last month. The extra furlong will suit and, with ground conditions holding no terrors, looks sure to give a good account. Makfool looked slightly unlucky not to finish closer than fourth, beaten two-and-a-half lengths, behind the selection at Town Moor having found trouble in running but is 4lb worse off at the weights and may have to settle for minor honours once again. Art Trader created a favourable impression when making a winning debut over this trip at Newmarket last month but along with recent course maiden winner Alekhine, has more to prove at this level so Overdrawn is preferred in an interesting heat.
