Verdict

Third behind a subsequent easy winner at Wincanton in January, MIDNIGHT CALLISTO (NAP) turned an Exeter maiden into a procession last month. Fiveandtwenty, another front-runner, is eased in grade after finishing second last time but all of her best form has come at Musselburgh and she may be best going right-handed. Gilbertina goes well here, however, though is making a belated reappearance while Merry Mistress seems to need further but will enjoy the likely fast pace.
