A tricky novice hurdle that can go the way of Piamontini with both Andorran and Faversham worth following in the betting market. The selection ran well in a Cheltenham bumper finishing third of sixteen in October. He was not totally discredited when fifth of twelve at Bangor on his hurdles bow and is entitled to improve from that. But he was expected to win that day so it does leave slight question marks over his ability. Andorran carries a penalty for a win at Ludlow. He will definitely have to raise his game once more if he can follow up. While Faversham ran a personal best when finishing second to The Cayterers at Leicester last time out. This looks a stiffer task though so place prospects are on the cards. So for the winner we return to Piamontini.
