John Gosden has won this twice in recent years and runs two with COBBS QUAY looking the more likely winner of the pair. The son of Danehill Dancer showed promise last season without threatening to win but has always looked as though he would make a useful second-season performer and is taken to make a winning start. Sud Pacifique owes his supporters plenty after finishing runner-up in maidens at Newcastle and Goodwood when strongly supported. He's a middle-distance performer on pedigree and may be seen to better effect over further. Nabah is the form pick on her two runs in Listed and Group 2 company at Newmarket though both efforts were on ground with plenty of give and it remains to be seen how she handles faster conditions. The likes of Canna and Communicator have plenty of scope while Mark Johnston's newcomer Tartan Jura, a half-brother to Soapy Danger and out of a USA classic winner, is one to keep an eye on.
