        Verdict

        FOSSGATE is enjoying something of an Indian summer and chasing a hat-trick after wins at Newcastle and Ripon. He only scraped home by a nose last time and is 4lb higher here but has developed a good understanding with Amy Ryan and the partnership is taken to land the spoils again. Visions Of Johanna carries a penalty for his win in an amateur riders' seller at Wolverhampton and has been well beaten at Pontefract since, while Buddy Holly also has extra for a surprise win at Kempton 11 days ago. Robert Eddery's six-year-old is still preferred to Redcar second Harvey's Hope, however.
