Pincode followed a reasonable debut with a better effort behind John F Kennedy here three weeks ago, though the third has been beaten since. The Last Marju, who wasn't beaten far into fourth, was making his debut and can improve past the runner-up. Sacrificial was made favourite for a Naas maiden after an encouraging debut and though beaten into third behind Parish Boy and Order Of St George the runner-up has since won very easily so the form looks decent. Ger Lyons' charge looks certain to get involved though this signals the debut of the E2.85m Montjeu colt OL' MAN RIVER, who is out of the brilliant Finsceal Beo, winner of the English and Irish 1000 Guineas. He has much to live up to but will know his job and can make a winning debut, though Frozen Lake is one to keep an eye on after a very promising run here last month. Novis Adventus and Hans Holbein are others to note in a race that should provide plenty of clues to the future.
