Verdict

SAILORS WARN improved massively over hurdles during the winter when his final race ended in a narrow defeat in the County Hurdle at Cheltenham. He reverts to the Flat on a fair mark and will be very difficult to beat. Jazz Girl looks a major threat as she was conceding weight when beating subsequent dual winner Strandfield Lady at Navan last month for which a 5lb rise doesn't look excessive. It was very heavy going when Pivot Bridge won at Leopardstown and the more rain the better for him while High Importance could prove a threat as he was having his first start since July when a very good third at Down Royal last weekend and Tony Martin will have her spot-on for this.
