Chicago, the very easy winner of a Cork maiden on soft ground, ran poorly on his handicap debut on quicker going here subsequently. He should have his conditions this time but this is tougher. Vedani beat a decent field of maidens over the C&D on soft ground over the C&D and with improvement likely should go well but WHILE YOU WAIT looks the one to be on. Jim Bolger's charge had been racing in very strong company before landing a Down Royal maiden on very testing ground at the weekend and makes his handicap debut from a reasonable mark. Fluidity may just have found 1m2f too far last time after an easy victory over this trip and has to be of interest despite a big weight.
