Make A Challenge has been here four times and won all bar one. He gained his seventh career victory in a Listed contest at Naas last weekend where he looked better than ever. Kevin Ryan enjoys his trips from Yorkshire and will be sending Queen Jo Jo, runner-up in a Haydock Listed race earlier this month, in the hope of easier ground conditions in which case she would be thereabouts. BUFFER ZONE beat Make A Challenge almost 2 lengths here in September when conceding a stone. The latter has made great strides subsequently but the winner hasn't stood still and matched strides with the very speedy Sceptical on his reappearance at Naas. He just gets the nod though Speak In Colours, a regular in pattern-race company and the winner of a Group 3 here in September, looks a major threat.
