After a couple of days of marathon cards, Long Journey Home would be an appropriate winner and he's back over the same trip as when successful at Leopardstown after a fair run over an extra quarter-mile at Cork. Ripples Effect was having only his third start when an excellent runner-up to Unsinkable at Navan and the winner has run well subsequently. Andy Oliver has WITTY REPARTEE (NAP) firing on all cylinders and though 9lb higher than when completing a double at Down Royal she's capable of much better and will be difficult to beat. The lightly-raced Sr Cartage could prove best of the remainder.
