FORGOTTEN RULES lost his unbeaten record in the Gold Cup at Ascot where the combination of the marathon trip and very fast ground did him no favours. He looked the winner at today's trip and can get back on the winning trail. Aidan O'Brien trained the runner-up, Kingfisher, at Ascot and has won this for the past two years so the three-year-olds Bondi Beach, runner-up to the very smart Radanpour at Leopardstown, and Ryan Moore's mount Order Of St George, who is returning after a long break but hasn't run beyond 1m1f, have to be considered. The very progressive Panama Hat was only just beaten by Kingfisher over this trip at Leopardstown so looks the main threat.
