INDEPENDENT MISSY only went up 2lb for scoring at Navan and was unlucky not to follow up at Fairyhouse so looks the one to beat from just 1lb higher. She had Mogwli, Fastnet Crown, Blairmayne and the favourite Midnight Fire behind though the latter lost his action and is much better than that. Rough Diamond made a winning debut on soft going here in August but has only raced on ground with plenty of give. Geological has won 14 times and has dropped to a lowly mark but Is That Love went up 10lb for completing a hat-trick and looks in the grip of the assessor. Brave Display won here in April but is 24lb higher after bouncing back to form with a six lengths victory at Down Royal though his rider's claim reduces the burden.
