Colin Keane was on board when Strong Johnson gained the last of his three course victories last month and he's performed in better class subsequently. Provocateuse has been in excellent form all summer though looked a bit high in the weights in a premier handicap here last time. Art Of Unity went up a massive 13lb for a comfortable victory here then landed a better handicap at Navan for which he's up another 6lb. RIOT, a winner for John Gosden at Kempton in 2019, has had a dozen races, all but one over 7f and the other over 6f. However, he shows good basic speed and a chance is taken the shorter trip can see him gain his first success for Johnny Murtagh. That's Mad has won two of his last three and is just 2lb higher than his last victory and Arnhem is running well enough to get into contention.
