There's no denying the chances of Eddystone Rock, who had his first start over this trip at Navan and could hardly have won more easily though a 12lb rise tempers enthusiasm. Maknificent is also up the same amount for his victory at Leopardstown but will be difficult to keep out of the frame though the vote, in a tight contest, goes to AARED. He's been a bit unfortunate not to have won again after his victory at Dundalk and is ideally suited by this trip and ground. Bold Thady Quill loves it around here and can never be ruled out at this level while Stronger Than Me was in cracking form in the autumn and, if ready after a break, could sneak into the frame.
