Joseph O'Brien picks Snow Queen of the Ballydoyle trio and she looked likely to be suited by this stiff track when staying on in the 1000 Guineas at Newmarket. However, JUST THE JUDGE was 2l in front of her in second place behind Sky Lantern and Charles Hills' filly, who was unbeaten before heading for the classic, can get back to winning ways. Maureen finished just behind Snow Queen but had an interrupted run when making ground and is no forlorn hope to reverse placings and take this. Viztoria beat Snow Queen very easily here in September and returned to action with a smooth victory over Bunairgead in a Group 3 here so she has to go on the short-list along with Harasiya, a close third to Sky Lantern in the Moyglare here in September. Big Break was very impressive when landing a Leopardstown Group 3 in October and Dermot Weld will have her ready for action despite a long absence.
