Verdict

The majority of winners have been drawn low but Sand N Sea did manage to score from stall 23 in 2004, the same berth as Miracle Cure has here. Jim Bolger has won this three times in recent years and his consistent colt should give a good account. After three victories at Dundalk, Captain Joy found the step-up to Listed class beyond him and this is more like his grade but it's Willie McCreery who looks to have the answer with his two entries Barack and FIESOLANA. The former generally performs at a higher level and will be better for his recent reappearance but it's the latter who is entitled to the verdict as she produced a cracking effort at Tipperary last time on her first start for new connections since arriving from France where she won three times.
