Lightening Stricks has made incredible improvement on Polytrack, landing a gamble at Dundalk in December and following up last month with a comfortable success in a handicap. Not surprisingly he's gone up 11lb for that latest success and the runner-up that day, DAHINDAR, may now have enough in hand to reverse the form and take this, especially as he didn't get the best of runs. Moran Gra is another with a big weight rise to overcome after a surprise victory at Leopardstown and Aznavour, who finished third after staying on well, should reverse the form and is one for the short-list. Park Ranger has gone up 12lb for an easy victory at Tipperary and needs further but Lime Tree Valley made a very encouraging reappearance over 1m2f at Cork and has no problems with today's trip.
