      Verdict

      After beating Treasuring by six lengths in a Dundalk maiden, DECLARATIONOFPEACE started a short-priced favourite for the Windsor Castle but finished last. He showed that to be all wrong when not beaten far in the Group 1 Phoenix Stakes and none of these rivals have a similar level of form. Sirici was in fine form at Dundalk in the spring and bounced back on Turf with an excellent victory over Actress in a Tipperary Listed contest, though he was behind True Blue Moon at Naas earlier. The latter has run well enough in Group 2 contests here and at Ascot to be given a chance but the remainder need to find a bit more.
