In depth

Verdict

Oklahoma City makes a quick reappearance after cantering around Naas where he had his three moderate rivals over 13l behind. He has some big race entries and should do better than the other Ballydoyle entry Wilshire Boulevard, who was well beaten in the Windsor Castle Stakes. Mick Channon sends JALLOTA over from the UK and his run in the July Stakes at Newmarket last week suggests he's getting better with experience so this looks within his capabilities. The filly Tarn made a nice start here last month though will need much more here and Home School didn't have too much to do to score at Roscommon.
