A family affair with Joseph O’Brien running four and Aidan two. The latter bids to win this for the sixth time in succession though Capri finished behind third-placed Master Of Reality in the Ascot Gold Cup in June so SOUTHERN FRANCE is preferred. Below par at Goodwood last time, Ryan Moore’s mount was narrowly beaten by Stradivarius over today’s trip in the Yorkshire Cup back in May and a repeat should see him go close. Master Of Reality has every chance but Cimeara has a bit to find with the latter while Downdraft and Eminent Authority look up against it in this company.
