Shannon Soul has completed a hat-trick but is 7lb higher than his latest victory at Limerick and would be better handicapped back on the all-weather. Mawaany had shown potential in the UK and made a winning start for Ger Lyons at Dundalk and looks capable of better. Bay Hill has returned to action in top form though his recent double was completed over further while Ruby Gates' victory at Dundalk came over 1m4f. Lady Derrynane has gone up 9lb for an impressive victory over an extended mile at Cork where she came with a sustained run to win going away. She looks useful but is 5lb out of the handicap so has plenty to do. AARED reappeared with a comfortable victory over this trip at Naas then appeared to get caught for pace when dropped back to a mile on a return visit. Dylan Hogan's claim can see him back in the winner's enclosure.
