Nine of the last 10 winners have been trained in the UK and there is a strong raiding party again. Stepper Point won a Group 2 here in July but broke a blood vessel in the Nunthorpe and may be best watched. Line Of Reason won a Listed contest here in June but was beaten a length by Maarek in the Beverley Bullet a fortnight ago and the winner should confirm the form. Pearl Secret's form figures aren't inspiring but his last four runs have been at Group 1 level and the last time he raced in a Group 2 he won at Haydock. SOLE POWER has lost a bit of his dash though he hasn't been beaten far at the highest level since landing a Grade 1 sprint in Dubai in March for which he's penalised. He's taken to regain the winning thread with stablemate Moviesta also in the reckoning.
