In depth

Verdict

Nostringsattached could have her maiden victory on this track boosted by third-placed Teorema in the previous race. Trachonitus, a nursery winner over a mile on testing ground last October, has been running well without quite getting there and the longer trip can see him in the frame. Slieve Binnian scored over the course and distance in August and at Dundalk a couple of weeks ago so has to be on the shortlist while Bright Legend won a track and trip maiden on heavy going in April. GENUINE ARTICLE (NAP) could be the one to beat as he followed his Killarney maiden victory with two very good runs in strong handicaps.
