Not the strongest of maidens and perhaps AGATHON, a €360,000 Churchill colt out of a mare who produced Group 2 winner Agartha with her first offspring, can defy a long absence having shown potential on his only start last summer. Golden Temple's close second over this trip at Fairyhouse puts him in the picture though he's performed moderately in two recent starts over hurdles. Teorema was beaten less than a length over 1m2f here last month and a victory would do her paddock prospects no harm. She finished around three lengths in front of Lion Wait though the latter was making his debut. Milwaukee has been very disappointing so far and though Aird was placed over track and trip in the summer she hasn't made progress.
