ROSE BONHEUR attracted some support in what looked a hot maiden over 6f here a fortnight ago and very nearly landed the spoils, coming with a strong late run and just failing to catch Stage Master. With that under her belt she will be very difficult to contain here. There was plenty to like about the run of Diamond Brooch at Navan during the week when she just failed to hold stablemate Eirnin. That was a much-improved run and better is expected while History Note, a daughter of Azamour and related to a couple of winners, may prove best of the newcomers though stablemate Atlantic Swing is also very nicely-bred and is one to keep an eye on for the future.
