Verdict

Plinth and MOURANI met at level weights in a 1m5f Navan maiden last month with the former just getting the better of the argument. Both are lightly-raced progressive type but a 6lb pull can enable the runner-up to get the best of it this time and take this. Protestant was having just his second start when landing a Roscommon maiden on heavy ground and should make progress along with Dundalk winner Levanto, who is stepping up from a mile. Tooreen Legend looked ideally suited to this trip and fast going at Wexford and there's plenty more to come.
