Verdict

Blood Moon was a 25/1 chance when beating a subsequent winner and runner-up at Dundalk where he was always travelling well. There's no reason why he shouldn't handle the ground and rates a big threat. State Of Emergency came here for the opening juvenile race of the season and attracted some support before beating Bebhinn, who boosted the form with a very easy victory next time. MIMICKING was all the rage in the betting before her debut here last month and her supporters didn't have much to concern them. Her trainer believes she's a Group filly so she will need to win this to justify that opinion. The Zoffany filly Color Model is a half-sister to four winners and looks best of Johnnie Murtagh's pair.
